The technical basis for the dentona club is the seamless integration into the dentona webshop. However, despite all the digitalisation, personal contact remains central: every member has a dedicated contact person for individual requests and enquiries. You can view the current calendar of events in the stadiums and arenas at any time in the dentona club. You will also receive the latest highlights in our monthly CLUB newsletter by e-mail.
Shipping
You will receive your tickets free of charge via the dentona club. If you have particularly urgent deliveries, we will be happy to help you for an extra charge. Our dentona courier is there for you.
Extras
Do you have last-minute requests for a specific event? No problem: as a rule, the dentona club can also professionally realise bookings at short notice.
Extra ticketing
Additional tickets can be ordered at any time
You can also purchase additional tickets on request and by arrangement. Redeem your ticket credit and / or purchase your desired tickets on your own account. Our service staff will be happy to assist you at any time.
In addition to the approx. 2,000 guaranteed events, you can also book all other tickets - whether hospitality/VIP tickets or standard tickets - in the dentona club subject to availability and offer.

Your entry into the club
Entry
To join the dentona club, you need to register in our dentona shop(to register). Your account will then be activated for the dentona club after 1-3 working days.
Prerequisite
In order for you to benefit from the advantages of the dentona club, your net annual purchase of consumer goods at dentona must be at least €5,000. The billing period is the calendar year.

Once your account has been activated, you have full access to the dentona club and can enjoy all the benefits!

*Your bonus ticket units are automatically credited to your account when you reach a net annual turnover level and are then visible in your account. The bonus ticket units and your current turnover are always updated at the beginning of each month.
Bonus ticket units can be redeemed in the dentona club until 31 December of the following year.
Cancellation of membership
In the event that your net annual purchase falls below the limit of €5,000 on 31 December of a year, your membership of the dentona club will automatically expire until the entry requirement is met again.
