For dentona’s dental plasters, specialised plasters are manufactured from carefully selected raw materials using standardised processes with material testing far exceeding DIN requirements, in order to guarantee the promised product properties of the dental plasters. Following decades of producing specialised dental plasters, the manufacture of our own silicones was the logical next step in meeting the ever-increasing demands of dental laboratories regarding processing quality and physical properties, whilst maintaining consistent quality.
Dental model systems are optimised for dental laboratories by dentona’s innovative plastic base system, featuring advanced connection technology between split-cast plates and base plates. The high-quality special investment materials for crown and bridge work, as well as model casting techniques, meet the highest standards for rapid casting processes and conventional heating techniques, and, together with the dentona abrasive, round off the range of dental casting technology.
