acero cast is a phosphate/silicate-bonded precision model casting investment material, carbon-free – for rapid casting and controlled preheating – suitable for silicone and wax duplicates.

Our research findings in the field of dental technology are translated into high-quality specialist products for dental laboratories. For dentona’s dental plasters, specialised plasters are manufactured from carefully selected raw materials using standardised processes with material testing far exceeding DIN requirements, in order to guarantee the promised product properties of the dental plasters. Following decades of producing specialised dental plasters, the manufacture of our own silicones was the logical next step in meeting the ever-increasing demands of dental laboratories regarding processing quality and physical properties, whilst maintaining consistent quality.
