Why recycle dental stone?

dentona attaches great importance to sustainability and resource conservation. We are therefore pleased to present our new service for the recycling of dental plaster.

Using state-of-the-art processing technologies, our dental plaster waste is reintegrated into the production cycle and utilised directly for the production of high-quality gypsum plasters. This helps to reduce the extraction of natural raw materials, as our recycled gypsum is used as a sustainable alternative in the production of building materials.

The dentona gypsum recycling offer

We offer you the dentona® gypsum recycling service. This service is not profit-orientated and aims to make a contribution to environmental protection together with you.

How plaster recycling works

A white square icon with a black outline of a closed box secured with parcel tape. A thick red curved arrow encircles it clockwise (starting at the bottom left), symbolising a return.

Collect your dry plaster residues in a sturdy cardboard box. Please ensure that only dry plaster without foreign materials is placed in the box. Wet plaster can damage the box and increase the weight.

A black smartphone with a red QR code on the display is shown in the centre. A thick, red, curved arrow surrounds it, running from the bottom left to the top right, symbolising an update or a repeat.

Preferably use your dentona® plasterboard.
The maximum dimensions for DHL are 60 x 60 x 120 cm and the weight must not exceed 30 kg. Seal the box carefully with sturdy adhesive tape. Scan the QR code on the box or visit www.dentona.de.

A stylised icon shows a monitor with a user profile, a right-pointing arrow and an open padlock. A large red arrow circles the monitor clockwise, symbolising a refresh or logout with renewed access.

Log in to your dentona® customer account or register if you do not yet have an account. Set the collection date and send the request.

Two stick figures are exchanging a parcel: the one on the left hands the one on the right a square parcel with a red border. A large red circular arrow surrounds the scene, indicating an ongoing exchange or return process.

On the agreed day, hand over the box to the DHL driver.

Important information for use

  • Observe maximum dimensions: The box should not exceed the dimensions of 60 x 60 x 120 cm to ensure safe handling and smooth transport.
  • Recommended cardboard boxes: Ideally, use your dentona plasterboard (32 x 24 x 35 cm), which is ideal for this purpose.
  • No foreign materials: Make sure that only plaster residue is left in the box to ensure smooth further processing.
  • Only dry plaster: Please ensure that only dry plaster residue is placed in the box. Damp or wet plaster can soften the cardboard and increase the weight unnecessarily.
  • Secure closure: Carefully seal the box with sturdy adhesive tape to ensure safe collection and processing.
