Product information "Book plaster collection"

dentona attaches great importance to sustainability and resource conservation. We are therefore pleased to present our new service for the recycling of dental plaster.

By using state-of-the-art processing technologies, our dental plaster waste is reintegrated into the production cycle and utilised directly for the production of high-quality gypsum plasters. This helps to reduce the extraction of natural raw materials, as our recycled gypsum is used as a sustainable alternative in the production of building materials.

Important information for use

  • Observe maximum dimensions: The box should not exceed the dimensions of 60 x 60 x 120 cm to ensure safe handling and smooth transport.
  • Recommended cardboard boxes: Ideally, use your dentona plasterboard (32 x 24 x 35 cm), which is ideal for this purpose.
  • No foreign materials: Make sure that only plaster residue is left in the box to ensure smooth further processing.
  • Only dry plaster: Please ensure that only dry plaster residue is placed in the box. Damp or wet plaster can soften the cardboard and increase the weight unnecessarily.
  • Secure closure: Carefully seal the box with sturdy adhesive tape to ensure safe collection and processing.

Manufacturer "dentona"

dentona has been renowned for decades for its numerous innovations in dental model production. Our research findings in the field of dental technology are translated into high-quality specialist products for dental laboratories. For dentona’s dental plasters, specialised plasters are manufactured from carefully selected raw materials using standardised processes with material testing far exceeding DIN requirements, in order to guarantee the promised product properties of the dental plasters. Following decades of producing specialised dental plasters, the manufacture of our own silicones was the logical next step in meeting the ever-increasing demands of dental laboratories regarding processing quality and physical properties, whilst maintaining consistent quality. Dental model systems are optimised for dental laboratories by dentona’s innovative plastic base system, featuring advanced connection technology between split-cast plates and base plates. The high-quality special investment materials for crown and bridge work, as well as model casting techniques, meet the highest standards for rapid casting processes and conventional heating techniques, and, together with the dentona abrasive, round off the range of dental casting technology.
