The special die plaster dentona No.1 is a thixotropic super hard plaster that provides the basis for perfect processing thanks to its high stability. dentona No.1 has extremely low expansion values with an unrivalled hardness of over 400 N/mm². This combination of outstanding physical properties enables splinter-free exposure of the preparation margin and general working with maximum precision. The exceptional surface gives the model an unrivalled brilliance. A variable mixing ratio of 18-19 ml per 100 g of plaster offers the necessary flexibility to control the flow behaviour. dentona No.1 is available in three beautiful colours: cashmere, caramel and dolphin.

For dental plasters from dentona, special plasters are produced from selected raw materials in standardised processes with material tests that go far beyond the DIN requirements in order to guarantee the promised product properties of the dental plasters. After decades of producing the dental speciality plasters, the production of our own silicones was the logical consequence in order to meet the ever-increasing demands of dental laboratories for processing quality and physical properties with consistent quality. Dental model systems are optimised for dental laboratories by the innovative plastic base system from dentona with a further developed connection technique between split cast plates and base plates. The high-quality special investment materials for crown and bridge as well as model casting techniques fulfil the highest requirements for rapid casting techniques as well as conventional heating techniques and round off the dental casting technique with the dentona abrasive. |
