Why recycle dental stone?
dentona attaches great importance to sustainability and resource conservation. We are therefore pleased to present our new service for the recycling of dental plaster.
Using state-of-the-art processing technologies, our dental plaster waste is reintegrated into the production cycle and utilised directly for the production of high-quality gypsum plasters. This helps to reduce the extraction of natural raw materials, as our recycled gypsum is used as a sustainable alternative in the production of building materials.

The dentona gypsum recycling offer
We offer you the dentona® gypsum recycling service. This service is not profit-orientated and aims to make a contribution to environmental protection together with you.
How plaster recycling works
Important information for use
- Observe maximum dimensions: The box should not exceed the dimensions of 60 x 60 x 120 cm to ensure safe handling and smooth transport.
- Recommended cardboard boxes: Ideally, use your dentona plasterboard (32 x 24 x 35 cm), which is ideal for this purpose.
- No foreign materials: Make sure that only plaster residue is left in the box to ensure smooth further processing.
- Only dry plaster: Please ensure that only dry plaster residue is placed in the box. Damp or wet plaster can soften the cardboard and increase the weight unnecessarily.
- Secure closure: Carefully seal the box with sturdy adhesive tape to ensure safe collection and processing.
