Crystal clear PMMA milling blank for splints

With a limited-time special offer, we at dentona invite you to discover the quality of our high-purity PMMA milling blank optimill crystal clear. The material, which was specially developed for CAD/CAM milling, combines reliable processing properties with long-term accuracy of fit and therefore offers a reliable basis for the fabrication of splints.

optimill crystal clear is optimised for wet and dry milling processes and is suitable for a wide range of applications: from reflex and therapeutic splints to relaxation, positioning and stabilisation splints. As a class IIa biocompatible medical product, the blank fulfils medical requirements and is also suitable for allergy sufferers due to its purity. The excellent milling properties ensure problem-free processing on all standard machines. The low water absorption ensures dimensionally stable, true-to-shape results, while the high fracture toughness supports long-lasting stability of fit. The good polishing properties produce smooth surfaces that reduce plaque adhesion and facilitate oral hygiene. Thanks to the PMMA base, repairs can be carried out easily with conventional materials.
