This CoCr-based NEM milling blank is free of tungsten, nickel and beryllium. optimill acero is available in many thicknesses with a step, so that processing in all common CAD / CAM milling machines is possible. In addition to its optimal mechanical properties the special microstructure of the acero disc ensures a reduced milling effort due to its excellent machinability. optimill acero is highly corrosion-resistant and suitable for lasers. The proven tested good ceramic adhesion gives the user a high level of safety when processing optimill acero.
