Product information "Biomic Glaze Liquid"
BiomicTM Stain/Glaze Staining Liquid
Stain Liquid 1
- Stain Liquid 1 is used for all 2D colouring pastes and serves as a diluent.
If only a thin layer of paste needs to be applied, it can be used to reduce the viscosity of the paste.
- If the Glaze F paste is too thick, you can use Colouring Layer Liquid 1 to reduce the viscosity of the paste. The glaze F paste can be applied more thinly with staining liquid 1 and still produce a glaze effect.
- First stir the paste thoroughly with a glass rod to achieve a uniform consistency before adding the staining liquid 1 and adjusting the consistency. Too much colouring liquid 1 can impair the process.
- Do not add the painting layer liquid 1 directly to the paste bottle to mix it in. You should mix it with the paste on a palette. Ensure that the paste has been thoroughly mixed and has the correct consistency.
Paint layer liquid 2
- Staining liquid 2 is used for all 3D pastes. If the 3D paste has dried out, it can be restored with colour liquid 2.
- Colouring liquid 2 is used to adjust the viscosity of the 3D paste without affecting the properties of the 3D paste itself.
- If the 3D paste is mixed with other liquids, this will have a negative effect on the entire process.
- The painting layer liquid 2 contains liquid glass components. Close the bottle after use to prevent the liquid from solidifying or spilling.
Manufacturer "Aidite"
optimill - Aidite |
| The optimill partner Aidite has proven itself through many years of experience with dental consumables and facilitates daily work in the dental laboratory. Aidite and optimill have jointly developed the optimill 3D PRO Zir, optimised for monolithic restorations in the stain-layer system. The finely adjusted zirconium oxide enables a homogeneous result with a strength gradient and high flexural strength in the cervical area. In combination with Biomic Stain / Glaze, all-ceramic restorations are given the special aesthetic effect of 2D pastes with moderate viscosity and 3D pastes for texture effects, combined in the stain-layer procedure. The optimill 3D Colour Plates are made of the same material as the restoration and show how the colour will look on the restoration. In combination with the colour indicator optimill 3D Shader Matcher, made from real 3D Pro teeth, a colour difference in the tooth shade is avoided. |
