BiomicTM Stain/Glaze is the first bionic staining layer concept, newly developed by Aidite, to quickly reproduce natural teeth with maximum aesthetics and minimum effort. BiomicTM Stain/Glaze provides dental technicians with an unrivalled quick and easy method to complete their work and achieve a dental restoration that is deceptively similar to natural teeth.
The first bionic staining layer concept has the further advantage for the practitioner of being much clearer and more economical than conventional stains. Only the colours that are actually used in everyday life are integrated. At the same time, there are no limits to the user's creativity when intensifying individual characteristics (e.g. cervical areas) or imitating effects (mamelons, translucency, etc.). The new BiomicTM Stain/Glaze is used to imitate the aesthetics of natural teeth with 2D and 3D colour pastes.
The 3D glazes of the BiomicTM Stain/Glaze staining layer concept are special: The resulting mixture offers a stability comparable to that of layering ceramics. With just one firing, a natural aesthetic is achieved that can only be achieved with far greater effort using conventional layering techniques.

| The optimill Partner Aidite has proven itself through many years of experience with dental consumables and facilitates day-to-day work in the dental laboratory. Aidite and optimill have together created the optimill 3D PRO Zir optimised for monolithic restorations in the stain-layer system. The finely adjusted zirconium oxide enables a homogeneous result with a strength gradient and high flexural strength in the cervical area. In combination with Biomic Stain / Glaze, all-ceramic restorations are given the special aesthetic effect of 2D pastes with moderate viscosity and 3D pastes for texture effects, combined in the Paint-layer process. The optimill 3D Colour Plates is made of the same material as the restoration and shows how the colour will look on the restoration. In combination with the colour indicator optimill 3D Shader Matcher, made from real 3D Proir teeth, a colour difference in the tooth colour is avoided. |
