This CoCr-based non-precious metal milling blank is free from tungsten, nickel and beryllium. optimill acero is offered in a very wide range of thicknesses with a step, so that it can be processed in all standard CAD/CAM milling machines intended for this purpose. The special microstructure of the acero disc ensures, in addition to optimal mechanical properties, a reduced milling effort due to its excellent machinability. optimill acero is highly corrosion-resistant and suitable for laser processing. The proven good ceramic adhesion gives the user a high degree of safety when processing optimill acero nf.
