Maestro 3D Ortho Studio is a modular software. The module used for the aligner technique is called Ortho Studio and is considered the orthodontic module. A Virtual Setup module, a Bracket Placement module, a Model Builder, PDF3D module and a Clear Aligner module are also available for this software. To make work easier, Maestro 3D Ortho Studio has been equipped with an intuitive and integrated workflow that can perform analyses in just a few minutes.
AGE Solution's latest software supports all open standard file formats. In combination with the Maestro 3D Ortho Studio CAD software, 3D printing technology offers dental laboratories a highly cost-effective way of working with their practitioners to provide patients with splint therapy for cosmetic anterior correction. By moving the teeth with the virtual set-up module, the models are optimised in CAD and prepared for export to the 3D printer. The aligners are then created using the traditional thermoforming technique.
