With the CORiTEC 350i PRO processing systems, a new type of machine concept has been developed. The one-piece machine frame made of polymer concrete guarantees maximum stability for vibration-free machining. The high-resolution dynamic servomotors with absolute measuring systems guarantee up to 20% faster machining with optimum precision.
This makes the CORiTEC 350i PRO suitable for the highest demands of dental laboratories or milling centres with a very compact design. All dental CAD/CAM materials can be processed with the CORiTEC 350i PRO. The precision of the machine also allows the processing of highly complex restorations such as one-piece implant-supported constructions. With the standard blank holder, restorations can be processed in 5 axes with milling angles of up to 30 degrees.
The integrated zero-point clamping system allows the use of various adapter systems such as glass-ceramic adapters or various premilled systems. By using the innovative open blank holder, restorations can be processed with an approach angle of up to 90 degrees. The CORiTEC 350i Loader PRO with fully automated blank magazine also enables versatile processing of up to 12 blanks in unmanned operation.
