The Vinyl High Resolution is the third member of the Vinyl series and the new flagship of smart-optics. Its special features are its extremely high efficiency and precision, which enable every dental technician to master even the most complicated work effortlessly.
Thanks to its repeatability of up to 4 µm in accordance with DIN ISO 12836, the Vinyl HR is ideal for all common indications in dental technology. Its advanced sensor unit with modern high-performance camera and blue light LED is state of the art. The Vinyl HR combines global and detailed accuracy like no other. A unique feature is that the user can influence the scan quality himself by activating and deactivating the high resolution mode.
Depending on the application, the user can decide whether high-precision detail accuracy and therefore a higher data density is required or whether a higher speed with a lower level of detail is sufficient. The Vinyl HR is also predestined for large-span implant work or complex bar constructions, as the global accuracy is excellent even when HR mode is deactivated. With Vinyl High Resolution, all modules are included in the scope of delivery without any additional costs for the laboratory. The user can therefore choose between various features depending on the project.
In addition to the condylar articulator scan, the multiDie, Triple Tray® and secondDie scans can also be selected. You can also decide whether the models should be captured in monochrome or colour. The innovative Z-axis automatically moves the scan object to the correct height, meaning that the user only has to intervene in the scanning process in rare exceptional cases. The status display on the underside of the Z-axis also indicates whether the device is ready for operation or whether a prompt needs to be confirmed.
