Product information "Aidite 3D Pro zir"
Aidite 3D Pro zir is a highly efficient, premium ceramic material. Behind 3D Pro zir lies an economically sophisticated concept for the production of fully anatomical crowns and bridges. The blanks are available to the user in 16 shade gradations analogous to the VITA Classic shade system in order to be able to implement all common tooth shades. The 3D Pro zir material has a total of six layers to imitate a natural colour gradient within the selected shade level.
In addition, there is a smoothly decreasing translucency gradient, which allows the user to achieve a natural translucency in the enamel area, while the desired opaque effect is achieved in the cervical area of the tooth. The translucency is 57% in the incisal area and 43% in the cervical area. This means that Aidite 3D Pro zir delivers an even higher translucency at the apex than cubic zirconia or glass-ceramic.
The additional different strength values within a zirconium oxide blank make Aidite 3D Pro zir a revolution. In the tooth body, the flexural strength is over 1100 MPa and then gradually decreases from layer to layer to 700 MPa in the incisal area.
Colour gradation!
6 layers for natural colour transition, matching colour gradation of a natural tooth from the cervical to the incisal area.
Translucency gradation!
The decrease in translucency from 57% in the incisal area to 43% in the cervical area results in a lifelike reproduction of the tooth enamel, whereby the lower translucency in the tooth body simultaneously provides the desired opaque effect.
Strength gradation!
The strength is graded from 700 Mpa to 1100 Mpa, so that optimum hardness is achieved in occlusion. High strength in the base area enables the realisation of large-span bridge restorations.
