The ASIGA PRO 4K is the latest 3D printer from ASIGA and features a high-performance UV projector with 4K resolution and a wavelength of 385 nm. Like the ASIGA MAX before it, this device also features a heated build chamber, build platform alignment in a matter of seconds and easy material changes thanks to the innovative tray system. Thanks to the large build platform—176.5 x 99.3 x 200 mm for the 65 UV and 217 x 122 x 200 mm for the 80 UV—and a precision of 65 μm and 80 μm in the XY planes, it is easily possible to print a large number of parts simultaneously.

Tempered build chamber
Controlling the temperature inside the build chamber is a critical factor for process stability and accuracy. Regardless of external conditions, the resin in the build chamber maintains the necessary minimum temperature to ensure that the preset viscosity and tensile strength are always maintained.
Integrated light sensor
It is a natural process that LED output diminishes with use. The integrated light sensor ensures continuous automatic calibration, thereby guaranteeing consistent production conditions and minimising maintenance requirements.
