Product information "Asiga PRO 4K"
The ASIGA PRO 4K is the latest 3D printer from ASIGA and features a high-performance UV projector with a resolution of 4K and a wavelength of 385 nm. Like the ASIGA MAX, this device also has a heated build chamber, alignment of the build platform in seconds and easy material changes thanks to the innovative tray system. Thanks to the large platform of 176.5 x 99.3 x 200 mm for the 65 UV and 217 x 122 x 200 mm for the 80 UV and an accuracy of 65 μm or 80 μm in XY, it is possible to print a large number of printed parts simultaneously without any problems.

TEMPERATURE-CONTROLLED BUILD CHAMBER
Controlling the temperature in the build chamber is a very important success factor for process stability and accuracy. Regardless of the external conditions, the resin in the build chamber has the necessary minimum temperature to ensure that the preset viscosity and tear resistance are always maintained.
INTEGRATED LIGHT SENSOR
It is a natural process that the LED output decreases when the devices are used. The integrated light sensor ensures a permanent automatic calibration, which permanently guarantees the general conditions of production and minimises maintenance costs.
