optiprint guide is a clear, transparent, light-curing premium resin based on (meth)acrylates for the manufacture of implant drilling templates. The material is characterised by its exceptional UV stability combined with reliable flexural and tensile strength. Without any brittleness whatsoever, ‘ optiprint ’ guide ensures high process reliability and meets the most stringent handling requirements. Components manufactured from ‘ optiprint ’ guide can be sterilised using steam. They remain dimensionally stable and virtually free from discolouration. The resin has low viscosity and is biocompatible.
