You can carry out the digital planning of the tooth position correction yourself using the CAD software Maestro 3D Ortho Studio. Alternatively, you can place the planning in the experienced hands of our specialists. Regardless of how you decide, the STL model data remains optilign and can be further processed by you at no additional cost, e.g. with a 3D printer from ASIGA or Rapidshape.
Professional planning support
Our digital planning aid offers additional security: you can send digitised initial models to our team of experts via the optilign landing page. Experienced dentists and orthodontists will analyse the situation and create the therapeutic plan in consultation with you.
optilign-Aligner: three-splint concept
Our sophisticated three-splint concept makes aligner therapy with optilign economical and effective: three aligners with different thermoforming foils (soft, medium, hard) are fabricated for each sequence (model set). The patient first wears the soft splint, then the medium-hard splint and finally the hard splint before switching to the next sequence. This means that fewer models are required, which makes the entire workflow very efficient.
