Product information "Otoflash G171"
The device enables the photopolymerisation of all light-curing materials in the wavelength range 280-580 nm and thus easily allows the creation and processing of light-curing materials of different consistencies and pigmentation as well as the performance of repair work with corresponding materials. Thanks to its technical features, the Otoflash G171 achieves particularly short curing times. Two flash lamps arranged at the bottom generate 10 very intense flashes of light in the wavelength range of 280-580 nm every second in working mode. Compared to other devices, this achieves much better quality curing of the materials with very good physical properties and a reduced residual monomer content.
The very powerful universal polymerisation device is equipped with a protective gas connection, which prevents oxygen inhibition on the surfaces. The user receives adhesive-freecomponents from the printing process, eliminating the need to remove the inhibition layer. To ensure biocompatibility and optimum post-polymerisation ,dentona provides individual application recommendations for the devicefor the premium resins .

| Numerous innovations for dental model fabrication have characterised dentona for decades. Our dental research findings are translated into high-quality speciality products for dental laboratories. For dental plasters from dentona, special plasters are produced from selected raw materials in standardised processes with material tests that go far beyond the DIN requirements in order to guarantee the promised product properties of the dental plasters. After decades of producing the dental speciality plasters, the production of our own silicones was the logical consequence in order to meet the ever-increasing demands of dental laboratories for processing quality and physical properties with consistent quality. Dental model systems are optimised for dental laboratories by the innovative plastic base system from dentona with a further developed connection technique between split cast plates and base plates. The high-quality special investment materials for crown and bridge as well as model casting techniques fulfil the highest requirements for rapid casting techniques as well as conventional heating techniques and round off the dental casting technique with the dentona abrasive. |
